The extension supports dropdown menus, radio buttons, text fields, file uploads, and 15 other dependent field types that allow you to collect all kinds of customer information. Fields can be configured as optional or required and can be placed anywhere on the checkout page, with over 15 predefined positions.   Create dependency relationships between fields

  When creating a new field, you can configure it to be dependent on other fields.   Assign fields to specific products

  You can assign fields to specific products, categories, and tags. Once assigned, the field will only display if the specific product has been added to the cart.

  Add prices to a field:

  When adding a WooCommerce checkout field, you can add a fixed or percentage price to the field to charge customers an additional amount. Instead of adding one price that applies to the entire field, you can define a different price for each option in the field. Check the “Is this price taxable?” checkbox to add taxes to the field price.

  Display fields based on user roles
