The same invoice number will be used as PDF file name. Add invoice note, terms, and conditions: You can add any additional notes or include terms and conditions in your PDF invoices. Additionally, you can include clickable links in the terms and conditions to direct customers to specific URLs. Attach with order emails and my-account page: You can choose to enable my-account invoice download option for specific order statuses only. Additionally, you can choose to attach invoice PDFs to multiple emails as per your store needs. This control enables merchants to send invoice PDFs only where needed. Download PDF from my-account page: Your customers can download PDF invoices at any time from my-account page under the orders grid.

Packing Slips:

Using our PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, you can generate packing slips to ensure the correct products are shipped to your customers. Once the order is placed, the store admin can download the packing slip from the admin order detail page.

Once the order is refunded, the extension will generate a credit note for the respective order. The extension by default uses the PDF Invoice template and settings to generate credit notes for refunded orders.
