Assistant can recommend genuinely complementary products based on the current WooCommerce cart. Recommendations prioritize configured cross-sells, upsells, related products and semantically relevant items while excluding products already in the cart.

Order lookup and back-in-stock requests
Verified customers can check order status using the required order and billing information. When a product is unavailable, Assistant can collect a back-in-stock request after explicit customer consent.
Multilingual customer conversations
Assistant detects the active website or conversation language and responds using the multilingual capabilities of the selected AI model. It can follow language context from WordPress, Polylang, WPML and TranslatePress.
The WordPress administration includes bundled translations for English, German, Estonian, Finnish, French, Spanish and Russian.

Chat and embedding providers can be selected independently. Optional smart model routing supports fast, standard and advanced roles using administrator-approved providers and models.
AI-provider usage is not included. Requests are billed or quota-limited by the provider account connected by the website administrator.
Secure server-side provider connections
All provider requests are made server-side in PHP. API keys are encrypted at rest with OpenSSL and installation-specific WordPress salts and are not intentionally exposed to browser code. If secure encryption cannot be completed, key storage is blocked with a clear administrator warning.
Product and knowledge embeddings are stored inside the site’s WordPress database. Background indexing processes content safely and refreshes changed products instead of rebuilding every unchanged entry.

Analytics, demand logging, diagnostic logging and answer previews are disabled by default in the WPBay edition. When an administrator explicitly enables them, PII redaction is enforced, session identifiers are pseudonymized and stored page URLs exclude query strings and fragments.
Privacy controls
The plugin registers WordPress personal-data exporter and eraser integrations, including back-in-stock registrations and linked analytics or order-attribution data. Back-in-stock email records are removed after notification, unsubscribe, a verified erasure request or the configured retention limit.

Unlimited Websites Lifetime
The WPBay edition includes lifetime use on unlimited websites owned or managed by the purchaser, including client websites. This is a one-time purchase with no monthly or annual plugin subscription.
The plugin works immediately after normal WordPress activation. It has no customer-facing License page, does not request a marketplace key, requires no domain-deactivation step, imposes no site-count activation limit, and does not contact the NextlerAI license server.

Installation and first setup
- Open Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
- Select the NextlerAI Assistant WPBay ZIP, install and activate it.
- Open NAI Assistant > Settings.
- Select and connect the chat provider and a compatible embedding provider.
- Install and configure WooCommerce when shopping functionality is required.
- Index products and selected knowledge sources.
