Ordrivo StockFlow Pro – Inventory, Warehouse & Purchasing Manage everyday inventory and purchasing directly from WordPress. Ordrivo StockFlow Pro brings products, warehouse locations, suppliers and stock movements together in a responsive staff workspace. Start with 300 fully editable demo products across 10 business categories: retail, car workshops, wholesale, restaurants, cafés, office supplies, cleaning companies, beauty salons, construction trade and ecommerce. Each category includes a realistic AI-generated image. Customize product names, SKUs, barcodes, units, costs, selling prices, minimum stock levels and images to match your business. Key features Inventory operations: receive stock, issue products, transfer between locations and record physical counts. Warehouse management: organize stock across multiple warehouses and locations. Purchasing: create supplier purchase orders, record partial deliveries and track completion. Stock protection: transactional updates, insufficient-stock prevention and duplicate-request protection. Movement history: review references, staff members, timestamps and before-and-after balances. Staff permissions: separate Manager and Operator roles for controlled access. Stock terminal: search by product name, SKU or barcode, with optional camera scanning in supported browsers. CSV reports: export stock balances and movement history. WooCommerce integration: mirror supported WooCommerce product stock into a designated store location. Editable images: replace category images or assign individual product photos through the WordPress Media Library. Eight interface languages English is the default, with Swedish, Finnish, German, Turkish, Arabic, Persian and Kurdish Kurmanji included. Arabic and Persian support right-to-left layouts. Each staff member can save their preferred interface language. Business content remains manually editable. Optional WooCommerce connection WooCommerce controls stock in the designated mirror location, while other StockFlow locations remain independently managed. The connector supports eligible simple products and variations that manage their own stock with backorders disabled. Included in version 6.0.0 Installable WordPress plugin, editable demo catalog, ten category images, installation guide, changelog and documented test results. Requires WordPress 6.4+, 64-bit PHP 7.4+ and an InnoDB-compatible database. Camera scanning depends on browser support and HTTPS. StockFlow is an inventory and purchasing tool; accounting, tax calculation, payments and multi-company separation are outside this release.
