The plugin does not create server-side conversation logs or email transcripts.  Requirements and limitations  A separate OpenAI or Anthropic API account with available credit is required. API charges are not included, and a ChatGPT subscription does not cover API usage.  Business knowledge is entered manually. Automatic website crawling, streaming replies and live-agent handoff are not included. AI responses may be inaccurate and should not be treated as guaranteed answers.
