Most chat plugins answer. This one closes.
You pay to bring visitors to a site. Someone interested finally asks the question that matters: how much, how long, are you free next week, and the chat replies “contact us for a quote”. They postpone. They don’t come back. The chatbot was never the problem: it had no idea what you sell, what it costs or when you are open, and no way to actually do anything.
Sabriel AI is the assistant built for that moment. It knows your services, your price list, your opening hours and the content of your pages, and it carries the conversation to the step that counts.
It books
A calendar opens inside the chat, on your real opening hours and your site’s timezone. A slot is never handed out beyond the capacity you set, the same email cannot book twice, and rescheduling or cancelling happens only through a signed link sent to the address that made the booking, so nobody can touch someone else’s appointment.
It quotes
During the conversation it composes a PDF carrying your logo, your progressive numbering, the VAT line, the payment structure you decided, your contract clauses and a signature space. The file is stored in a protected folder with twelve random characters in its name, and the plugin actively tests whether your host really enforces that rule.
It qualifies
Every conversation is scored hot, warm or cold, with the reason written out in plain language. You never open a transcript again. Hot leads that didn’t close get a follow-up on day three and seven, warm ones on day six and fourteen, cold ones never, and everything stops the moment a booking or a quote happens. Never more than six emails to one person, ever.
It reads your site, and your shop
Pick up to forty pages: the assistant reads each one and writes a summary you can correct by hand. For every WooCommerce product it reads variants and attributes, categories, tags, price, SKU and stock, so “do you have it in black, size M?” gets a real answer instead of a link to the catalogue.
Your key, your data
You paste your own Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude key and the plugin calls the provider directly from your site. No per-conversation pricing, no service of ours in the path. Conversations, appointments and quotes live in your own WordPress database, exportable to a spreadsheet at any time, including after a licence expires. Your key is stored encrypted, and the plugin registers with WordPress’s native privacy export and erasure tools.
For agencies, read this part twice
The assistant offers any visitor a free technical audit of their own website: up to twenty-five real checks across security, search visibility, speed and trust, returned as a scored PDF sent both to you and to them. A check that cannot answer with certainty is named and explained instead of being marked as a failure. And by design the report lists the problems and never the fixes. The fixes are the conversation you were trying to start.
The whole configuration (tone of voice, price list, opening hours, brand colours, quote template) exports to a single file and loads onto the next site in seconds.
It does so much more. This is just a tenth of what it can do:
Voice messages, image and PDF attachments, cross-device conversation recovery, Mailchimp sync with genuine double opt-in and a consent registry, nine WordPress hardening switches (all off by default), scheduled database cleanup, cookieless visit statistics, manual quotes and appointments, and an alert when a quote goes over the amount you set. Nine interface languages, and the customer’s language is carried through to the quote and the appointment confirmation, not just the chat.
Full white label. Name, logo, colours, font, button shape, welcome bubble. No credit of ours anywhere in the widget. On your client’s site it looks like a tool you built.
Requirements: WordPress 6.8+, PHP 7.4+, and an API key from Gemini, OpenAI or Claude. WooCommerce optional.
