Ordrivo RideFlow — 24/7 Taxi Ordering & Dispatch   Let customers request a taxi directly from your WordPress website, day or night. RideFlow defaults to Order a taxi now and also lets customers schedule a pickup for later. New requests appear in the dispatch workflow for the taxi company to review and confirm.   Key features   – 24/7 taxi ordering: Accept immediate taxi requests at any time, with optional scheduled pickups. – Taxi Central dispatch terminal: Open the live terminal from wp-admin, review incoming rides, assign drivers, and follow trip progress. – Driver workflow: Manage operational ride statuses from driver assignment through trip delivery. – Customer-selected vehicles: Configure up to 20 vehicles with editable names, registrations, passenger capacity, photos, and fare multipliers. – Passenger needs: Let customers request child seats, accessibility support, first-aid assistance, or other additional help. – Service-area protection: Set country and postcode-prefix rules for pickup and destination locations. – Booking protection: Includes nonce checks, a honeypot field, and rate limiting to help reduce spam. – Customer updates: Send booking notifications and provide a private ride-tracking link. – Optional route estimates: Connect a restricted Google Routes API key to show estimated driving time and distance. – Admin controls: Review submitted ride details, update statuses, and assign verified drivers. The empty WordPress “Add New booking” workflow is disabled.   The customer-facing service-hours text defaults to Open 24/7 and can be edited in the plugin settings. Immediate requests are requests, not guaranteed dispatches; the taxi company must confirm availability.   RideFlow is designed for one taxi operator per WordPress site. It does not process payments, contact emergency services, or guarantee vehicle availability or arrival times.
