Smart Booking for WordPress — appointments, classes & event tickets with online payments

WPCodexa Smart Booking turns any WordPress site into a complete booking system for clinics, consultants, salons, tutors, coaches and event organisers. Customers pick a service, see real availability in their own time zone, pay online and manage their booking themselves — while you get a modern dashboard, calendar and transaction ledger.

Why it is different

  • No double bookings, ever — slots and ticket stock are protected by database row locks, proven with parallel-request race tests.
  • Payments confirmed only by the provider — a booking becomes paid only from a signed webhook (never from a return URL), with duplicate, amount and currency checks.
  • Works without WooCommerce — Stripe Checkout and Razorpay Payment Links (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) are built in. WooCommerce gateways are supported too.
  • 3D Secure ready — authentication happens on the provider’s page; optional “always ask for 3D Secure” for Stripe.
  • Test and live keys side by side — a Test mode checkbox switches key sets; test payments can never confirm real bookings.
