Aluleth CRM Pro – Email Marketing, Automations and Abandoned Carts for WordPress
Aluleth CRM Pro is a complete plugin: it includes Aluleth CRM 0.12.2 (contacts, lists, campaigns, automations, segments, reports) and adds the Pro features. There is nothing else to install and no licence key to enter: everything is on as soon as the plugin is active. Your contacts stay in your own WordPress database, with no limit and no monthly fee per contact. INSTALLATION 1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin. 2. Choose the aluleth-crm-pro-x.y.z.zip file as you downloaded it (do not unzip it), click Install Now, then Activate. 3. Open Aluleth › CRM. Contacts from your other Aluleth plugins are already there; if your store has past orders, click “Bring in past orders”. 4. Emails are sent by your site’s own email setup: for reliable delivery, use an SMTP plugin. Already using the separate Aluleth CRM plugin? Leave it active: Aluleth CRM Pro then uses it instead of its included copy, with your contacts, campaigns and settings. It must be version 0.12.2 or newer. With an older version your contacts and campaigns keep working, but the Pro features stay off and a notice asks you to update Aluleth CRM; update it, or deactivate it and the included copy takes over with the same data. To update, upload the new zip the same way: WordPress offers to replace the current version, and your data is kept. CONTACTS – Everyone who sends a form, signs up, buys in WooCommerce or FluentCart or joins a membership, in one list with their whole history, tags, lists, consent and notes. – Search and filters, bulk actions, custom fields, CSV import and export (formula-safe), WordPress users and other plugins as sources. – Double opt-in for sign-ups, newsletter box on the FluentCart checkout. EMAIL CAMPAIGNS – Drag-and-drop email editor with ready-made templates (+22 Pro templates: Black Friday, Christmas, back in stock, win-back, birthday, event, survey…). – Sent from your own site in batches in the background, with opens, clicks, unsubscribes and a report per campaign. – Subject tests: 2 or 3 subjects on part of the list, then the winner on opens, clicks or orders goes to everyone else. AUTOMATIONS – Visual builder: emails, waits, tags, lists, fields, if/else. – Pro steps: wait for something (open, click, order, tag, form, level) with a time limit, paths with up to 5 branches, split tests with an automatic winner, goals. – Ready-made automations: welcome series, after a first purchase, birthday, win back, cart left behind. CARTS LEFT BEHIND (WOOCOMMERCE AND FLUENTCART) – Carts saved once the shop knows the email address; a trigger and a ready-made flow of three emails with a link that puts the cart back. – The emails stop as soon as the order is paid. Carts won back and their revenue in CRM › Store. REVENUE, SCORE, DEALS – Revenue from emails: each paid order counts for the last email clicked in the 7 days before; refunds taken off. – Contact score with Cold, Warm and Hot levels, points that fade. – Deals board: pipelines, stages, value, owners, tasks with a morning email, notes. – Likely to buy soon: every night, each customer’s chance of ordering in the next 30 days, with the reasons (worked out on your site, without AI). REPORTS – List growth, campaigns and automations, revenue by month, cohorts, deliverability by email provider, best time to send. – Site visits of known contacts: off by default, with consent options; the pages each contact visits. AI WRITING (OPTIONAL) – Write an email or a whole sequence from a goal, rewrite a block, five subject ideas, through the AI provider you connected in WordPress (Settings › Connectors). Contact data is never sent to the AI. TRANSLATIONS Two text domains on purpose: aluleth-crm-pro (template languages/aluleth-crm-pro.pot) and aluleth-crm for the included CRM (template free/languages/aluleth-crm.pot), so translations made for the free Aluleth CRM work here too. Put the files in wp-content/languages/plugins/. Requirements: WordPress 7.0+, PHP 7.4+. Carts and revenue: WooCommerce or FluentCart. AI: an AI provider connected in WordPress. Changelog:

Aluleth CRM Pro 0.6.4
= 0.6.4 =
* The included Aluleth CRM version (0.12.2) and the minimum version of a separate Aluleth CRM plugin (0.12.2, as ALULETH_CRM_PRO_NEEDS) are stated the same way in the listing description, the readme and the plugin. No other change.

= 0.6.3 =
* Revenue from emails: an order counts for the email clicked last in the 7 days before it, also when that email was clicked before and is clicked again (its latest click counts, even when its first click is older than 7 days). Unique clicks do not change.
* Likely to buy soon: worked out 500 people at a time, with the progress saved after each batch; a big list goes on in a background task from where it stopped, also after an interrupted request. The previous list stays until the new one is complete, and people no longer checked are removed only after a complete working out (the "worked out at" time moves then too). Each batch reads only the events and carts of its own range of contact ids, so the work grows with the size of the shop, not faster.
* Carts left behind: the cart link used twice at the same moment counts one unique click and one unique open for the email; later uses add to the total clicks only.
* Aluleth CRM 0.12.2 (included in the complete copy; when the separate Aluleth CRM plugin is used, it must be 0.12.2 or newer): when more people are due than one automation job can move, the job adds the next one before it ends, so everyone due moves on within minutes without a new sign-up or a visit to the admin; one job is added at a time and each person still moves once; a job that died half-way is run again after 10 minutes. Every email click keeps the time of the latest click.

Aluleth CRM 0.12.2 (included)
* Automations: when more people are due than one background job can move, the job adds the next one before it ends, so everyone due moves on within minutes, with no new sign-up or visit to the admin needed. Only one job is added at a time, and each person is still moved once. The wake-up event also comes back after 5 minutes while people are due, and a job that died with its request (a server that stopped it half-way) is put back and run again after 10 minutes.
* Clicks: every click of an email (not only the first one of each link) keeps the time of the latest click, used by Aluleth CRM Pro for the revenue of emails. Unique clicks, people tagged and the history stay as before. The time is in the personal data export.

Version 0.6.2
* Complete plugin: Aluleth CRM 0.12.1 is included, nothing else to install. If the free Aluleth CRM plugin is already on the site, it is used as before and its contacts, campaigns and automations stay.
* Works without the PHP mbstring extension; compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage; shared Aluleth core updated (contact import files protected on every web server).
* Translations: the text domain loads before the screens are set up; in the complete copy, the included Aluleth CRM loads its own translations too. The two text domains are explained in the FAQ.
* Subject tests: the test group is drawn by the database, so starting a test on a very big list stays light.
* Contact score: parallel requests (several tabs, prefetched images) never give more points than "per day" allows.
* Deals: closing a deal twice at the same moment (two drops on "Won") counts it once; its automations run once.
* Carts left behind: a cart saved twice at the same moment is kept once; a cart paid before the wait ended no longer counts as left; a cart left again after it changed starts the cart automation again; the carts of the Store screen and the likely buyers are shown page by page, with their total.
* Personal data export: score points and tasks go out 500 at a time, every one of them, with every deal and its notes.
* Uninstall: site visits and the AI and visit settings are deleted only when you ask for the CRM data to be deleted; the scheduled events stop on deactivation and uninstall.
* Readme: the second visit cookie ("acrm_k") is described.
* When the separate Aluleth CRM plugin is used, it must be 0.12.1 or newer.

Version 0.6.1
* The check of the AI provider is kept for 12 hours, instead of asking the provider on each admin page.

Version 0.6.0
* Advanced reports: revenue from emails by month, cohorts, deliverability by email provider, best time to send.
* Site visits of known contacts (off by default, with consent): pages in the contact history, a report, a "Visits a page" trigger, a segment rule, a paths condition and score points.
* Needs Aluleth CRM 0.11.0.

Version 0.5.0
* AI in the email editor: write the email from a goal, AI choices on text blocks, subject ideas and a subject test with them.
* Write a sequence from a goal: the AI plans it, you change the plan, it writes the emails and makes a draft automation.
* Likely to buy soon: a chance of ordering in the next 30 days for each customer, with the reasons, a segment rule and a paths condition.
* Needs Aluleth CRM 0.10.0.

Version 0.4.0
* Contact score: points for what people do, levels Cold, Warm and Hot (with tags), points that fade, in the contacts list, on the contact page, in segments and automations.
* Deals: pipelines with stages, a board with drag and drop, deals with tasks, notes and history, won and lost, task reminders by email, deals on the contact page and in automations.
* Needs Aluleth CRM 0.9.0.

Version 0.3.0
* Automations: wait for something (opens, clicks, buys, gets a tag, sends a form, joins a level, enters a segment) with a time limit, paths (up to 5 branches and everyone else), split tests with an automatic winner, and a goal people jump to from any step.
* Campaigns: test 2 or 3 subject lines on part of the list, then send the winner to everyone else.
* Needs Aluleth CRM 0.8.0.

Version 0.2.0
* Carts left behind (WooCommerce and FluentCart), the "A cart is left behind" trigger, the ready-made cart emails, the Cart email block and the CRM › Store screen.
* Revenue from emails: last click in the 7 days before the order, refunds taken off, in Reports and the Store screen.
* Cart emails stop when the person orders, unsubscribes or leaves a newer cart. Link checkers of email apps do not bring a cart back.
* Saved carts are in the personal data export and erasure tools; closed carts lose their details after 90 days.
* Needs Aluleth CRM 0.7.0.

Version 0.1.0
* First version: licence and updates, 22 Pro email templates.
