A PHP script you install on your own server, with no monthly fee. Clientlane is a quotes and invoicing app you install on your own server. Send quotes your clients accept and sign online, turn them into deposit and final invoices in one click, get paid by card, PayPal or bank transfer, and let reminders chase late payments. Your clients get their own area with every document, and each invoice can be exported as an e-invoice – with no monthly fee and no limit on clients, quotes or invoices. Features – Clients and contacts: companies and people, addresses in each country’s format, tax numbers, tags and notes, CSV import and export – A catalogue of your products and services, with units, prices and tax rates – Quotes: catalogue lines, sections, optional lines the client can add, discounts, a tax rate per line, prices before tax or tax included, a deposit, and a PDF in the client’s language – Online acceptance: your client opens a link, ticks the options and signs with the finger or the mouse; the date, the IP address and a fingerprint of what was signed are kept – Invoices from a signed quote in one click: the deposit invoice, then the final invoice less the deposit – or an invoice written from scratch – Issued invoices stay as they were: corrections go through credit notes, and numbers follow each other with no gap – Payments: transfers, cards, cash or checks, partly paid / paid / overdue, and online payment by card (Stripe) or PayPal with your own accounts – Reminders before and after the due date, in the client’s language, and recurring invoices made and sent on their dates – A client portal: sign-in link by email, no password; quotes, invoices and payments in one place – Reports with the tax per rate, a CSV export for your accountant, and webhooks to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code – E-invoices in the European standard EN 16931: Factur-X PDF, UBL (Peppol BIS 3.0) and CII – A team with roles, two-factor sign-in, an activity log; admin and documents in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Tagalog – Web installer, one-click updates from a zip, automatic backup before each update Requirements – PHP 8.3 or later (PDO, mbstring, openssl, curl, fileinfo, zip; gd and intl recommended) – MySQL / MariaDB, or SQLite (no database server needed) – Any PHP host, shared hosting included; a cron job every minute (or a web cron) About e-invoicing: Clientlane makes the files in the European standard; it does not send them to a government or approved platform. Check with your accountant what your invoices must show.
