When you purchase an item you should ALWAYS download the item immediately to your hard drive and store it in a safe place. We do provide a My Downloads page where you can redownload previously purchased items, however it is important to remember that when an item is removed from the marketplaces, it will be removed from your My Downloads page as well. We offer the downloads page as a convenience for buyers and can make no guarantees as to the ongoing availability of the files you have purchased.

Here’s how to get to your My Downloads page:

• Sign in to your Account
• Click on the top right button from the WPBay page
• Click on the My Downloads link in the account toolbar
• A list of your purchases will be shown. If you have bought a lot of items (thank you!) then you may need to flip through a few pages to find the one you need. Click the Download button for the item you need.

There are restrictions on how many times a purchase can be downloaded.  You can read more about these restrictions here. Whilst in most cases you can still download an item after you’ve purchased it, you may only use it according to the license you have purchased.
