WPBay offers an affiliate program that allows participants to earn commission by referring new customers to the platform. Affiliate earnings are accumulated in your WPBay account and paid out according to a defined threshold and schedule.

Payout Threshold

To receive a payout, your affiliate earnings must reach the minimum threshold set by WPBay. The current threshold is:

$50.00 (fifty dollars)

This amount refers to approved and cleared earnings, excluding pending commissions, refunds, or transactions still within the return window. Commissions that are not yet eligible for payout will remain in a pending status until the holding period is complete.

Holding Period

All affiliate commissions are subject to a standard 30-day holding period after the referred purchase is completed. This allows time for refund processing, payment validation, and fraud prevention. Only after this period will commissions move from pending to cleared and become eligible for payout.

Payout Schedule

Affiliate payouts are processed on a monthly basis, typically during the first week of each month. If your cleared earnings meet or exceed the payout threshold by the last day of the previous month, your balance will be included in that month’s payout cycle.

If your balance does not reach the threshold, the earnings will carry over to the next period until the minimum is met.

Payout Method

Payouts are made via the payment method specified in your affiliate account settings, such as PayPal or direct bank transfer (where supported). It is your responsibility to ensure that your payout details are correct and up to date to avoid delays.

Reporting and History

You can monitor your earnings, cleared balance, pending commissions, and payout history by visiting the Affiliate Dashboard in your WPBay account. Detailed records are available for download and reporting purposes.

Taxes and Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for declaring earnings and complying with any tax obligations in their country of residence. WPBay may request tax-related documentation or identification depending on the jurisdiction or payout amount.
