No. WPBay operates a marketplace-wide affiliate program. Approved affiliates can generate qualifying referrals to products sold through WPBay without each seller having to build a separate affiliate platform.
How much do WPBay affiliates earn?
The standard first-tier affiliate commission is currently 25% of qualifying referred purchases.
How long does affiliate attribution last?
WPBay currently uses a 30-day referral cookie. A visitor who arrives through a valid affiliate link can therefore complete a qualifying purchase later within that attribution window.
Do affiliates earn on subscription renewals?
Yes. WPBay supports recurring affiliate commissions on eligible subscription renewals attributed to the original affiliate referral.
What is the second affiliate tier?
WPBay allows affiliates to refer new affiliates. When a qualifying sale involves the second affiliate tier, the marketplace can credit the standard 25% first-tier commission plus an additional 5% second-tier component.
Does an affiliate commission reduce every seller order?
No. An additional affiliate deduction applies when a qualifying order is generated through affiliate attribution. Organic orders, seller-generated orders and orders generated through WPBay marketing without affiliate attribution do not receive an extra affiliate deduction.
Who pays the affiliate?
WPBay manages affiliate commission tracking and affiliate payouts. Individual sellers do not need to calculate or send affiliate payments manually.
When can affiliates withdraw their earnings?
Affiliate commissions currently have a 30-day holding period for refund, payment and fraud checks. Cleared earnings become eligible for payout after the affiliate reaches the current $50 minimum threshold, with affiliate payouts processed on a monthly schedule.
