GSC Force Account Manager – Automated User Account Management Manage subscriber account confirmation with email notices, recipient previews and controlled campaign execution. FREE MODE Free mode works without an active Premium license. It includes up to 100 subscribers per campaign, selected by oldest registration first; manual campaign creation and start; recipient preview; a configurable waiting period before suspension; standard English and Italian emails and confirmation pages; virtual email tests; confirmation and reversible suspension; campaign logs, pause and cancellation. This is a per-campaign recipient limit, not a limit on the number of users registered on the site. Free does not include advanced filters, custom exclusions, recurring campaigns, automatic deletion or custom email text. PREMIUM — ACTIVE LICENSE REQUIRED An active, successfully verified WPBay Premium license is required for advanced inactivity and registration-age filters, role selection, sorting and excluded user IDs; recurring campaigns; custom email subjects and body text; optional account deletion after suspension with content reassignment; and recipients beyond the Free limit of 100 per campaign. Technical batching and email delivery limits still apply. Deletion is disabled by default. This WPBay version uses user IDs for exclusions. LICENSING AND UPDATES WPBay SDK 1.0.7 is included for purchase-code activation, license verification and WordPress update integration. This is not a manual-update-only package. Updates are offered through WordPress when WPBay makes an eligible release available and the license is eligible. Installation follows the site’s WordPress update settings. No Freemius SDK is bundled. PHP OpenSSL is required by the WPBay SDK. EXPIRATION AND FAILED VERIFICATION Premium requires both a stored paid purchase code and a valid license-verification status from the WPBay SDK. Verification uses the SDK cache: loss of entitlement is enforced when detected, rather than necessarily at the exact expiry time. If the annual license expires, becomes invalid or is deactivated, Premium is unavailable when verification reflects that state. If no valid cached status is available and a verification request fails, including a temporary network failure, Premium is also unavailable. When unavailable entitlement is detected, active or recurring Premium campaigns are paused by the campaign checks. Subsequent Premium campaign processing is blocked, including new notices, scheduled suspensions, deletions and creation of recurring cycles. An operation already underway may finish. Existing suspensions are not automatically removed. Renewing or restoring verification does not resume a paused campaign: the administrator must explicitly resume it. Previously communicated deadlines are not moved by a pause, so review recipients and overdue actions before resuming. Confirmation links and account recovery remain available, and administrators can cancel campaigns to remove their related suspensions. Deleted accounts cannot be restored by cancellation. Existing Free campaigns keep their original limits after activation. Create a new campaign to use Premium settings. Background processing requires working cron and email delivery.
