1. Full Stack WordPress Developer

Location: Remote
Type: Full-time

We are looking for a developer with experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, and plugin/theme development. You will be working on core marketplace features, seller tools, licensing systems, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain key features in our WordPress-based marketplace
  • Develop tools for vendors to manage their products and sales
  • Optimize performance, security, and overall user experience

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with WordPress plugin or theme development
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, custom post types, and WordPress APIs
  • Comfortable working with Git and version control workflows

2. Community and Support Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time

We are looking for someone who understands the WordPress ecosystem and can help build and support our developer community. This role combines user support, outreach, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers and buyers with onboarding and platform questions
  • Support and grow our community forums and Discord channel
  • Collect and share feedback to help improve WPBay

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience supporting WordPress users or products
  • Familiarity with the developer community is a plus

3. UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote
Type: Freelance or contract

We are looking for a designer to help improve the usability and interface of our seller dashboard, product pages, and marketplace tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, intuitive UI components and flows
  • Work with the development team to implement design updates
  • Contribute to a consistent and professional visual language

Requirements

  • Portfolio of relevant design work
  • Experience with web apps or WordPress-related products
  • Ability to design for both desktop and mobile interfaces
