  • Submitting products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents of others.

c. Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person or entity.
  • Misleading buyers with inaccurate product descriptions or fake reviews.
  • Attempting to manipulate ratings, feedback, or download counts.

d. Security Violations

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or WPBay systems.
  • Using or distributing plugins/themes that compromise user security or privacy.
  • Scanning or testing the Platform for vulnerabilities without permission.

e. Spam and Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited communications or advertising through WPBay.
  • Using bots or automation to artificially boost interactions or product stats.

2. Developer-Specific Guidelines

Sellers and developers are required to:

  • Ensure that all submitted plugins and themes follow coding best practices and are free of malicious code.
  • Provide proper documentation and support for their products.
  • Maintain compatibility with supported WordPress versions.

3. Marketplace Integrity

You may not:

  • Use WPBay to resell products you did not create or do not have rights to.
  • Circumvent the platform’s licensing, pricing, or commission systems.
  • Share or leak purchase codes, licenses, or downloads outside the platform.

4. Enforcement

WPBay reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Warning or suspending accounts
  • Removing or disabling access to violating content
  • Terminating accounts without refund
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required
