The calendar shows no available days

Times show in the wrong timezone

Bookings use the timezone under Settings > General > Timezone. Choose a city (e.g. London) rather than a UTC offset so daylight saving is handled.

My Account > Bookings shows "Page not found"

Go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes to refresh your links.

Reminders aren't sent

Reminders use WordPress's scheduled tasks, which run when people visit your site. On quiet sites, set up a real cron job for wp-cron.php with your host.

Emails aren't arriving

Bookings emails are sent like your other WooCommerce emails. Install an SMTP plugin to improve delivery. An email that failed 3 times is noted on the booking.

The Elementor editor won't load

Some WooCommerce versions replace a script Elementor needs. Yeti Bookings fixes this automatically in the editor - make sure you're on the latest version of both plugins.

"Paid orders whose bookings could not be updated"

Payment was received, but the booking could not be marked as paid because the database was busy or returned an error. The order has a note, the site admin was emailed, and it is tried again every hour. To fix it now, open the order, choose Re-check bookings in Order actions and click Update.

"Some imported calendars are not fully blocking times"

An imported iCal link couldn't be downloaded, or uses a repeat rule that can't be read exactly. The warning says which product or staff member and why. Check the link still works (for Google Calendar use the "Secret address in iCal format"), or block the affected times with a closure on the product or staff member. The warning clears on the next import that reads the calendar in full.
