Base and block cost
The price of a booking is the Base cost (charged once) plus the Block cost for each block. A 3-night stay at 100 per night is block cost 100 x 3. The shop shows a "From" price, which you can override with Display "From" price.
Pricing rules
Rules change the base or block cost when a condition matches. They run in order, top to bottom.
| When | Example |
|---|---|
| Days of the week | Fri and Sat nights: Block cost = 150 |
| Date range | 2026-12-20 to 2027-01-03: Block cost x 1.5 |
| Time of day | From 17:00 to 21:00: Block cost + 10 |
| Booking length | From 7 blocks: Block cost - 15 (weekly discount) |
| Group size | From 8 people: Base cost - 20 |
Day, date and time rules are checked against each block, so a stay from Thursday to Sunday charges the weekday price for Thursday and the weekend price for Friday and Saturday.
People
Tick Ask how many people and add types such as Adults and Children. Each type can have a cost per person, a cost per person per block, and its own minimum and maximum (e.g. at least 1 adult, up to 6 children). Set the overall minimum and maximum group size too.
Extras
Optional add-ons customers can tick - equipment hire, breakfast, a photo package. Each extra can be charged once, per person, per block, or per person per block.
