Emails use your WooCommerce email design (logo, colours and footer from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails). Admin and staff emails can be turned off under Bookings > Settings, and the reminder time changed or set to 0 to turn it off.
Customers who checked out as guests have no account, so their emails say to reply or get in touch to change a booking instead of linking to My Account. A booking request sends only the "request received" email, not WooCommerce's "order on hold" email as well.
If an email can't be sent (for example your mail server is down), it is tried again every hour, up to 3 times. If it still fails, a note is added to the booking so you can contact the customer yourself.
