Booking form

1. Customers choose the number of people, staff member and length if you offer them.
2. The calendar shows which days are available, fully booked or closed. It skips ahead to the first month with space.
3. They pick a day, then a time. Group slots show how many spaces are left.
4. The price updates live, including extras, deposit and balance.
5. Book now adds it to the cart, with the date, time, people and extras shown on every line.
