See bookings in your calendar app

Copy the private feed link from Bookings > Settings (all bookings) or from a staff member's profile (just their bookings), then:

Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own schedule - Google can take a few hours.

Keep the link private: it includes customer names. Anyone with the link can see the bookings. If a link has been shared by mistake, click Make new feed links under Bookings > Settings. Every old link (including staff links) stops working straight away, so subscribe your calendars again with the new ones.

Block busy times from other calendars

Paste an iCal link into a product's Availability tab or a staff member's profile. Every hour, busy times from that calendar are imported and can't be booked. This works with Google Calendar ("Secret address in iCal format"), Outlook, Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and any other iCal feed. Calendars are imported 10 at a time, a minute apart, so lots of links won't slow your site down.

Repeating events are blocked for the next two years: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly repeats (including "every other week", "second Tuesday" and "last Friday of the month"), with skipped dates and occurrences that were moved or cancelled. Times keep their local hour across clock changes.

If a calendar can't be read in full - it can't be downloaded, or it uses a repeat rule Yeti Bookings can't work out exactly (such as "the last weekday of the month") - a warning appears at the top of the Bookings screens and on the product or staff page, and the site admin is emailed once. A calendar that wasn't read in full is never imported: the busy times from the last complete import stay blocked until it's fixed. The same applies to a calendar with more than 5,000 busy times in the next two years: share one covering less time.
Timezones: each event is read in its own timezone. Standard names (such as Europe/London or America/New_York), Windows names used by Outlook (such as "Eastern Standard Time") and timezones described inside the calendar itself are all converted exactly, including daylight saving. A calendar whose timezone can't be worked out is not imported, and the warning names the timezone; the busy times from the last complete import stay blocked.
Removing a calendar: clear the link and save. Its busy times stop blocking straight away. If you paste a different link, the old calendar's times stop at once and the new calendar's times are blocked from its first import.

Customer calendar links

Confirmation emails include a calendar invite (.ics). In My Account, customers also get Add to Google Calendar and Download .ics links.
