Booking Types & Length

Booking type

• Time slots - appointments, lessons and hourly hire. The block length is in minutes.
• Whole days - day hire. The block length is in days; a 3-day booking covers three full days.
• Nights - stays. Customers pick a check-in date; the check-out day is free for the next guest to check in.

Length

• Fixed - one block: every booking is one block long.
• Customer chooses: customers pick how many blocks between your minimum and maximum (e.g. 2 - 7 nights).

Start a slot every...

For time slots, new slots normally start when the last one ends (9:00, 10:00, 11:00 for 60-minute blocks). Enter e.g. 15 to offer 9:00, 9:15, 9:30 and so on.

Spaces per slot

How many bookings can share the same time. Use 1 for private appointments. For classes, tours and events use more, and set Count spaces by to People so a group of 4 uses 4 spaces.

Minimum notice and booking window

Minimum notice stops last-minute bookings (e.g. 24 hours). Bookable up to limits how far ahead customers can book (e.g. 90 days).
