Delivery Slots > Settings
At Checkout
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Offer | Turn delivery times and collection times on or off. |
| Required | When ticked, customers must choose a time to place an order. When unticked, choosing a time is optional. |
| Show times for the next | How many days, including today, customers can choose from (1 to 90). Default 14. |
| Minimum notice | Minutes before a slot starts that it stops being offered. Default 120. For example, with 120 minutes a 9am slot can be chosen until 7am. |
| Same-day cut-off | After this time of day, none of today's slots are offered. Leave empty for no cut-off. |
| Most orders per day | A daily limit for deliveries and for collections, on top of each slot's own limit. 0 means no daily limit. |
| Closed dates | One date (YYYY-MM-DD) or range ("2026-12-31 - 2027-01-02") per line. No slots are offered on these days. |
| Release unpaid times after | How many hours an unpaid order holds its time. See Orders & Unpaid Times. Default 24. |
Fees and Wording
| Setting | What it does |

| Slot fees | Choose whether tax is charged on slot fees, and which tax class. |
| Delivery / Collection heading | Change the picker headings. Defaults are "Delivery time" and "Collection time". |
| Places left | Show "3 left" when a slot has 5 or fewer places. |
Look and Emails
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Style | Yeti style gives rounded cards. Match my theme uses square corners and your theme's text colours. |
| Accent colour | The colour of the selected day and slot. |
| Changed times | Email the customer when you move their order to a new time from the order screen. |
Preparation Days
Each product has a Preparation days field on its Shipping tab. The earliest date offered is today plus the longest preparation time of any product in the cart. Variations use their parent product's setting.
