Delivery Slots > Schedule
Overview
A grid of the next 14 days. Each cell shows the orders in that slot and its limit, e.g. "3 / 10". Full slots are red, closed days are greyed out and "–" means the slot doesn't run that day. Click a day to see its orders.
Day View
Every order for the day, grouped by slot: time, order number and status, customer and phone, address (or "Collecting"), items and the customer's note. Orders still awaiting payment are marked Awaiting payment. Use Previous day and Next day to move around, and Print for a clean picking or driver list. Busy days are split into pages of 100 orders.
CSV Export
Choose a date range of up to 93 days and click Download CSV. It includes the date, start, end, type, order, status, payment state, customer, email, phone, address, postcode, items and note for every order holding a time. Cells that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed so spreadsheet apps don't treat them as formulas.
