What your customers see
Checkout Block
The picker appears under the shipping options (or the pickup locations when the customer chooses to collect). Customers tap a day, then a time. Choosing a time with a fee updates the order summary straight away. If a time is required and none is chosen, the order can't be placed and "Please choose a delivery time." is shown under the picker.
In the editor, the picker shows as Delivery and collection time inside the shipping and pickup blocks. It is locked in place so it can't be removed by mistake.
Classic Checkout
The picker appears in the order summary, under shipping. Choosing a time refreshes the totals so any fee is shown before the customer pays. Without JavaScript every day's times are listed one after another.
What Customers See After Ordering
- The order received page and My Account > Orders show the chosen time.
- WooCommerce order emails include the time.
- Full slots are shown as "Full" and can't be chosen.
Pay for Order Page
If a customer pays later and their time has been released and taken by someone else, the Pay for order page asks them to choose a new time before paying. Only times with the same fee are offered, because the order total is already set.
