Solutions to common issues
Live Draw isn't in the menu
Yeti Live Draw needs YetiRaffles and WooCommerce active. Without them you'll see a notice instead of the menu.
"This draw screen link has expired"
Draw screen links are tied to your login session. Open the draw again from YetiRaffles > Live Draw.
The draw screen opened in a tab, not a pop-out window
Your browser may be blocking pop-ups for your site. Allow pop-ups for your domain, or just use the Full screen button - it hides the address bar either way.
Full screen doesn't work
Full screen must be started by a click or key press. If it still won't start, your browser may block full screen inside embedded or remote-desktop views - open the draw screen directly in Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
"Verify this draw" says my browser doesn't support it
Browser cryptography only works over HTTPS. Make sure your site uses an SSL certificate.
"This competition has no entries to draw from"
The competition has no YetiRaffles tickets yet. Check the order status and the competition's tickets in YetiRaffles.
"The entries have changed since this draw was prepared"
Tickets were added to or removed from the competition after you prepared the draw, so the locked fingerprint no longer matches. Cancel the draw and prepare a new one. The cancelled draw stays on your results page, so the change is visible.
"Could not fetch the public randomness from drand"
Your server couldn't reach api.drand.sh or its Cloudflare mirror. The draw stays ready - try again in a moment. If your host blocks outgoing connections, ask them to allow these addresses, or prepare draws with Typed in on camera instead (shown publicly as organiser-supplied).
Winners didn't get an email
Check "Email each winner" was ticked when you prepared the draw, and use an SMTP plugin so WordPress emails are delivered reliably.
Each winner's email is tracked. If sending was interrupted, or the mail server refused, the draw shows "winner emails not sent yet" and they are retried automatically every 5 minutes (up to 3 attempts each). Click Send pending winner emails on the draw to send them straight away. Only winners who haven't been emailed are sent to, and no winners are picked again.
Every few minutes after a draw, and once an hour in any case, Live Draw works through every draw with winner emails still owed, 20 at a time, and sends them, even if the draw request was cut off. If WordPress can't save an email's status (a database problem), sending stops and the draw shows an error: nothing is sent while the status can't be saved, and an email that did go is recorded separately so it is never sent twice. Fix the database problem and the remaining emails go out automatically. These checks use WP-Cron, so if you have turned WP-Cron off, make sure a real cron job runs wp-cron.php.
A draw says "Cannot run - prepared by an older version"
Draws prepared by earlier builds did not lock the entries and who owns each ticket when they were prepared. Running them would mean reading the owners from the live tickets table, which could have been changed after the commitment, so they are blocked. Cancel the draw (the cancellation stays public) and prepare a new one.
"Not in the YetiRaffles draw history yet"
The draw completed and its winners are final, but adding them to YetiRaffles' draw history failed (for example a database error). It is retried automatically every 5 minutes, working through every pending draw. To retry straight away, click Sync to YetiRaffles on the draw, or Sync to YetiRaffles now in the notice at the top of Live Draw. Syncing uses the winners already drawn - it never picks new winners, never emails winners again and never adds the same draw twice.
