• Fixed: editing an existing order (quantities, prices, coupons) now updates the customer's counted spend straight away, even when the order status doesn't change
• Changed: refunds reduce counted spend. Refunding specific items takes off their refunded value (excluding tax, like the spend itself); a refund entered as an amount only takes off that amount; deleting a refund adds it back; a fully refunded order doesn't count
• Improved: spend records are rebuilt once after updating, so refunds made before this version are applied

• Fixed: spending now counts in the period it was paid, so orders paid later (such as Yeti Auctions winner orders) count in the right day, week and month
