Dear WPBay Review Team,

Please review Ordrivo RideFlow – Taxi Booking version 7.2.56.

The booking editor now validates and saves status and driver assignment together under one outer ride-state lock. Internal status writes use a per-booking reentrancy guard, so wp_update_post cannot re-enter editor POST handlers or release the outer lock.

Expected status and assignment are checked before the outer post write. Invalid or stale combinations are rejected before booking state is changed. Early-stage assignment/unassignment derives the appropriate assigned/pending status. Unchanged assignments on closed bookings are accepted without attempting reassignment; historical drivers remain selected in the editor even if no longer eligible for new assignments.

The original nested-assignment conflict was reproduced against 7.2.55. The corrected release passed 126 hook-lifecycle assertions and 36 WordPress 7.1.3 integration assertions, including assignment, unassignment, cancellation, combined changes and stale forms. The WordPress test used SQLite with simulated MySQL named locks; genuine multi-connection MySQL concurrency and interactive browser checks remain staging verification steps. The retained 365-assertion runtime suite also passed.

The updated plugin, documentation, changelog and detailed test report are included for review.

Best regards,
Baris Beydogan
